The Elmgrant Trust is a charity which makes grants for charitable purposes to individuals living in the south west of England and to organisations and groups with projects in the south west. By so doing it aims to improve the quality of local life and welfare through education, the arts and social sciences. The South West includes the counties of Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset.
